Crystal is not only extremely professional and genuinely nice, but she cares about how her clients experience their services w/her and her staff. Keeping this short…I was one who did not have a good 1st experience. However, It was corrected immediately w/the utmost professionalism which I find to be very rare anymore. Just to be clear, the issue had nothing to do w/skill set. This was a customer service issue that Crystal was not present for that particular day.
My objective, besides locking in who’s going to be doing my eyebrows in Palm Beach, was to also find out about eyelashes and a long term solution to my eyebrows. I knew I could call the next day when the office was open and fix everything - and this was exactly the case! They found an appointment with my favorite, the awesome Wendy Davis, that hadn't even been listed on the website, for exactly when I wanted it. They let me leave my credit card on file so I could make this a gift. Everything went through flawlessly after that. I deeply admire and respect both of the Farels for their artistic vision, creative entrepreneurship, and humility; I appreciate that their website has info about these biz owners as human beings and not just marketing materials.
