Shannon is so easy to work with. She explains what will be done and makes sure you understand everything. I was having one tree cut down and all debris removed. The crew showed up on time and were completely done in an hour. I was very impressed. Will definitely use Waits Tree Experts next time I need a tree removed. Her pricing is comparable or better than other tree services.

Waits tree service is very reliable and efficient. I had several big trees cut around my roof.. everything was done in a timely manner and looked so clean when completed. recommend! & will use again in the future.

For over 20 years we have relied on Shannon Waits. From maintenance of our many trees, branch removal over house and pool, tree removals, lightning strikes, to removal of our mighty oak, that unfortunately was no longer mighty.Knows her trees, loves trees, Never crosses a line, does right by the tree.Excellent communication with her crews. Trustworthy. I would be at work and when I’d come home job would be done exactly as she said.
