Dr. Eric Heaps was very informative regarding my exam and coming follow up. Sherri's customer service level was friendly and welcoming. Alex cleaned my existing glasses free of charge and made them so much clearer. A great experience overall. Look forward to picking up my new glasses in the next week or so.
BIG thanks to Loren! My mom and I walked in needing an adjustment of our frames. Loren was amazing, happy to help, made the adjustments so we could see correctly, ( my frames came from another provider who could not get the fitting correct) Mom and I thank Loren such a great personality she has and truly knows her stuff!
