Hi I am a stylist at this Sportsclips and I would like to explain the check in procedures. We don't do appointments! Walk ins are the same as online check in. Online check in is used to reserve your place in the line for a cut with out actually being present in the store . So if Bob goes on line before tom checks in as a walk in if Bob shows up before toms name is called Bob will be seen first regardless of how long he has been physically in the Sportsclips location... Online check in is more of a convenience for clients to not have to wait in the store. So if tom checks in online before Bob and Tom is in the store 2 min and Bob 20 min tom will be seen first !
