I took my husband’s suit to Sage Cleaners. Unfortunately there was a mix up and at time of pick up they were unable to locate the pants. Management was very helpful, attempted to locate the pants and maintained excellent communication with us during the process. When it was evident they could not be located Sage Cleaners replaced the suit pants. Sometimes mistakes happen. Sage Cleaners took responsibility and maintained wonderful customer service throughout the entire process. Thank you!

I took 2 comforters in for cleaning because I had a discount code available. The ladies I worked with on drop off and pick up were both very friendly and helpful. I was told that my expected pickup was one week. I was pleasantly surprised when I was notified that they were ready earlier than expected. Thank you Sage for a pleasant experience!
