Arieile H. was terrific today! Helping two small, Arabic speaking refugee children with special needs would be difficult. But Arielle took an incredible amount of time talking to the insurance provider and explaining the billing to us, all the while using Google translator for the father.In the US for less than 3 months, going into a store and getting fitted for a first pair of glasses was a momentous occasion for this family.Thank you Optical Outlets on Big Bend Road, Riverview, for providing us with such incredible customer service and employing Ariele.

To Optical Outlets Corporation, I recently was scheduled to see the doctor and receive glasses from the Riverview store location. Upon entering I had nothing but the best service. It was surprising since the techs were busy. I like to acknowledge Marion and store manager Ebony. Their professional and courteous service was exceptional. They troubleshooted my issue with my insurance and got me into the glasses I wanted. They are an asset to your company. I was very satisfied overall. Thank you again for providing great service. I had a great experience with my diabetic eye checkup. It was smooth, safe and orderly office. The staff knows the procedure very well. The doctor was very warm, skilled, very thorough in diabetic checking up and my eye sights check. Thank you so much!
