An exceptional experience—5+ stars! The office is clean and welcoming. The front desk is nice and pleasant. After previous bad experiences at other dental offices, I was hesitant to trust again. However, as a new patient here, I learned so much. Both the doctor and hygienist took the time to answer all my questions and educate me on maintaining good oral hygiene. My teeth have never felt cleaner!
Review coming from a proud ARMY Veteran: Dr. Carrero and his staff were excellent from communicating and scheduling my appointments with the VA and ensuring that my first visit was nothing short of impressive. I walked into a clean friendly environment. The ladies at the front desk were very polite and checked me in promptly. Brittany and Elsa were very informative as they walked me through the screenings and X-rays… they even turned on the massage chair during my screening! I went to New Image General Dentistry in Riverview. I got my questions answered. I felt comfortable and confident about the staff and location. The place is remarkably beautiful and clean. They make sure you’re ok, comfortable, and not worried. Will keep going and recommend New Image General Dentistry to family and friends.
