My pool heat pump was broken. Tyler did an amazing job. Brandon and Zachary came later to fix electrical breaker problem. They did amazing. I highly recommend Hawkins. Just had our first scheduled HVAC maintenance with Hawkins Service Company. The technician, Timothy, is highly skilled, respectful, and personable. He reviewed the process and a detailed analysis, inspection, cleaning, and servicing was performed. The timing was excellent, pictures were taken and compiled for a reference, including given specific recommendations. The maintenance service agreement gives us peace of mind as well as preventative measures on a regular basis. Well worth the investment! Thank you.
