I have been going to the gym (Anytime Fitness Apollo Beach) since June pretty much daily and working with my trainer , the owner 2x a week, just recently my quads got really tight and were constantly very sore, Rose my trainer suggest I have a professional massage therapist try and loosen them up. I found Essentials Massage and Facials on the web and from my first phone call, I knew this was the right place, the office staff is fantastic and I can't say enough good things about my therapist Claudia!!, I explained my problem and she went to work on my legs and worked her magic giving me a deep tissue massage on my quads and also cupping them, OMG!!....They were so tight and she worked the tightness out of both, then proceeded to work on my neck and the my upper back and shoulders which were also tight!....Claudia is a true professional who truly cares about her clients and their health and well being..If you need a great stress relieving massage I highly recommend you give them a try!!!...Ask for Claudia!.....If I could give them a 10star rating here I would!!...A Huge Thanks!!
Claudia is so good!! Did 80 minute therapeutic massage and reflexology. She is very knowledgeable and communicates effectively so she can provide a specific massage for your needs. She understands the muscles and fascia and incorporates some stretching and cupping with the treatment. She always asks if you are good with things. Highly recommend Claudia. Best and most effective massages I've had in years.
Dora is amazing!! She makes 50 minutes feel like 2 hours! She did better than the last 5 massages I have had and one of them was at an award-winning resort and spa. Thank you Dora and I will be back!!
