Called to make my 15 year old daughter's first appointment and Dr Norman answered himself, had me bring her right in because she's an athlete and has a tight schedule. Our whole family now has a new Dermatologist!!!
Love this Dr and staff. Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable. Everything went smoothly .Dr Norman listened to my concerns abd answered all ny questions. He wrote me the needed prescriptions and gave me a few trial size lotions to try. And a beautiful calendar as a bonus (all pictures taken by Dr N). There was a small issue with the way my prescriptions were written. Called the office at closing time hoping someone was still in who could handle the matter although everyone had already left except Dreama (front desk) she was kind enough to call someone to correct the problem. I was called back within 10 minutes with the prescription issue fixed and was able to pick up...read full review
I've seen many different specialists in the past few years and I can honestly say from the first phone cal to the office staff and the doctor was amazing! Definitely blessed I found them.
