Dr. Robert A. Norman Dermatology is a highly recommended dermatology practice known for its kindness and knowledge. The doctor and staff, including the receptionist Dreama, go above and beyond to accommodate their patients. They have taken in patients on short notice and provide excellent service from the first phone call to the appointment. The office offers prescriptions, trial-size lotions, and a beautiful calendar with photos taken by Dr. Norman. Patients appreciate the caring atmosphere and dedication of the staff. There was a small issue with a prescription, but Dreama stayed after hours to resolve it quickly, ensuring patients receive the care they need. Many express gratitude for the smooth experience and recommend Dr. Norman for all dermatology needs.
Was turned away by Derrick Dermatology after appointment was scheduled and ins verified. Day of appointment this morning they turned him away stating they do not take the secondary ins. Came directly to Dr. Robert Norman who took us right in and receptionist Dreama went above and beyond!! Thank you so much ! Will always come to Dr. Norman for all our dermatology needs!!
All staff is very friendly and caring. Dr. Norman is very dedicated and takes the time to treat his patients with the care that each patient deserves.

Love this Dr and staff. Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable. Everything went smoothly .Dr Norman listened to my concerns and answered all ny questions. He wrote me the needed prescriptions and gave me a few trial size lotions to try. And a beautiful calendar as a bonus (all pictures taken by Dr N). There was a small issue with the way my prescriptions were written. Called the office at closing time hoping someone was still in who could handle the matter although everyone had already left except Dreama (front desk) she was kind enough to call someone to correct the problem. I was called back within 10 minutes with the prescription issue fixed and was able to pick up...read full review
