We had a leak in our foundation which allowed water to ruin our interior floor. We had a repair done in the past with no real improvement. So, we tried David Spence due to his reputation of fixing such problems. He showed on time to inspect and give an estimate. He answered many questions patiently and completely. When they arrived to do the work they worked steadily, neatly, and they were friendly and respectable. The work turned out to be more involved than expected. They did not argue to elevate the price, but stayed with the estimate. Our test was Hurricane Debby, which dumped more than 12 inches of water on our home. NOT A DROP of leakage!
