I would like to express how one of your tech's Gage has handled my yard. I was very dissatisfied for a few months at the appearance of my lawn and I expressed it to management. I called to cancel my service but then decided to give BEE Green one more chance prior to cancelling. The service tech Gage came out and thoroughly told me what he was going to do to restore the lawn. He explained in GREAT detail with some terms I didn't know what he was talking about, however the fact that he even took the TIME to explain it was impressive. When we started using Bee Green Pest Control our bahia lawn had more weeds in it than grass. Our technician, Andy, kept at it and now I can walk our entire large corner lot and only pull out 2 or 3 weeds. Also we have two crepe myrtle trees that barely bloomed in the summer. After special care by Andy our trees look fantastic. One of our neighbors even said that we have the prettiest crepe myrtle in Seffner. Back in June we noticed our lawn (issue free for two years) started having dead spots and I found out they were chinch bugs. We are selling soon so I wanted to get it handled. I started googling a company and found them, I called and explained my issue they said they would come out treat it & also apply it preventively or they would keep coming back(there is no other way I would know this info unless a professional told me). Fast forward to September my yard doesn’t look any better, I called to cancel and asked what was going on, they told me the bugs are back but didn’t apply any last month…which is why they are back.
