Alafia (Jean and Richard) are professional, timely and friendly. They take pride and great care in their work, treating our home as their own. From explaining what treatments they are providing at the visit, what to expect after, and making sure any problem areas are addressed, they have time and time again proven to be the best. They make sure everything is properly taken care of and even stop to play cars with my toddler (Thanks Richard) while I take care of my infant for a minute. Absolutely amazing service from the owner to the tech!!! Super friendly, came when they said they were going to come, sprayed and did an amazing job at it as well. They were very knowledgeable, considerate, affordable, and, SOOOO easy to work with schedule wise! I would recommend Alfia Pest control to EVERYONE AND ANYONE!!!!!! Thank you!

Jean and his guys are top notch. I had my house tented for termites the fall of last year and had them resurface again in the spring. Jean was apologetic, never having seen this in his many years in the business, and prompt in having his guys back out here to re-tent. However, it turned out it was a different species of termite resistant to the tenting requiring him to hand us over to other professionals specializing in this type. He provided a full refund. I will continue to use him and his guys. You won’t find friendlier, more prompt and honest business out there in my experience.
