By far the best company I've ever had the pleasure to interact with. We've had our home 7 years now and have used this company since day 1. They are extremely accommodating with scheduling, easy to get a hold of, fast response times, and very thorough. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They are truly amazing!
Prompt, straightforward, and as of month 3, so far so good on the bug front.Update: Saw our first bugs return after 9 Months! Jean came out and promptly treated the property again. Not only is the product better than every other pest control company we've tried, but Jean is also kind, understanding, and stands by his 1 year guarantee. I wont use any other pest control service. Do yourself a favor and call Alafia. You'll be glad you did.
9/2 EDIT-Gene, the owner called me to explain, apologize and rectify this issue. He was very honest and apologetic. Had I had not already hired and paid another company, I would have considered rehiring them. I am glad he called to clear the air and appreciate the transparency.I paid $295 last year for them to come out whenever I needed them. We were good until a few weeks ago when I noticed a few wasp nests. I called the manager and he was to have his son come out to service the home. When he found out that I may not be renewing since the HOA may have been covering our pest control, he never came.
