This is a great studio. The teacher and owner - was very informative and knowledgeable. She was also very humble, kind and warm natured. The studio itself is a nice size with good feng shui and a cool Buddha statue that reminded me of when I lived in Thailand. This is exactly the kind of studio that I like to be a part of. She also teaches outdoor classes, which I might try. But, I love the collective energy of a class full of yogis that I can only find in the studio.
I was born for practicing and teaching beach yoga! Opening up all of our senses on the seashore is so cleansing and grounding. I invite you to try yoga on the beach, you'll be hooked! And you might even see a group of dolphins swimming by.
