I called in advance for an appointment, walked into the salon, and the technicians didn't even make an effort to acknowledge me for at least 5 minutes. It wasn't busy at all and multiple staff members looked up at me when I walked in. These people clearly didn't want my money so I won't be returning.

My mom and I went to get a mani pedi and we waited for an hour. Two more people walked in and signed in after us and yet we were told that we would have to wait on a particular person to help us while the other two ladies would be seen next by the available nail tech. Mind you the other two ladies were walk ins as well. Very bad business and customer care. Needless to say my mom and I walked out with no services performed….Services: Manicures

So I went to get my ? cut down and get my eyebrows shape, oh and a color change. I ask Lin to cut my nails, she told me NO. She also said you go to someone else to get your nails done and expect me to fix them, then she said I don't have time. I will never go back to Regal Nails ever again. Regal Nails Quincy?
