My pump was worn out and needed replacing, the Pool Store of Charlotte was at my house first thing Monday morning with a new pump and installed it right away. I couldn’t be happier with their service and I have a nice new pump that works great! Thank you Pool Store for the rapid response .
The Pool Store is my neighbor pool sales and service store. They are always very courteous and friendly.Whenever I need a part for my pool/spa, they always have the part in stock.Just today 8/16/22, I was cleaning my spa filter. When finishing up I lost the air release valve on the filter. Searched for over a 1/2 hour, but couldn’t find it. Called the Pool store , and they had it. Went down and picked it up and all is good.If you live in Charlotte County, I highly recommend going to the pool store.
My pool pump had to be replaced and I had my handyman replace it with the Hayward 1hp that I purchased from The Pool Store in Punta Gorda. We tried priming it for a few days with no success. I called the Pool Store and scheduled a call. Mike came out and found the issue right away. Mike was not only knowledgable and super nice but amazingly helpful detecting other things to do and look for. Thank you Mike!
