***, the owner of this business, is absolutely the easiest builder I've ever worked with. His team, ***** and ****, are great and they do exceptional work! I would highly recommend TFL Development!They added a 3rd car garage to my home and oversaw the installation of a new roof. The roofer was a real problem, but *** was able to make everything right with that as well.
Tom, Glenn and Tony are excellent at what they do. They replaced subflooring throughout our home which was a very big job. We felt confident right from the start, Tom was very patient as I asked many questions thorough out the process. As you can imagine this is also a dirty dusty job but when I walked in at the end of each day, they cleaned up so well you can tell they take a lot of pride in their work. I cannot say enough about how pleased we are. 5 starts are not enough! ***** and ***, North Port FL
