Amazing!!!! Came out immediately when the builders installer would not! Got us back up and running until new part comes in!!! Thank you Fox plumbing for recommending Purtz! Sonny was a great technician, and knowledgeable! Part arrived and installed new motor and noticed that the original builders company installed drip pan incorrectly and corrected it. Advised for maintenance schedule and we feel totally protected with Sonny and Purtz Air!!!!

I highly recommend Purtz Air Service- I was originally referred to them several years ago and have always had prompt and professional service. My system went out last week and I called after hours to ask they call me the next day to schedule an appointment. I received a call back that evening offering to send someone that night. It’s always evenings, weekends or holidays when problems seem to arise. I told them the next day would be fine for once. My technician was Sonny. He texted me when he was on his way so I didn’t have to miss too much work. He explained the problem and had the system up and running quickly.
