Would have given you a 5 but there was a definite breakdown in communication. Leonard who did our estimate and measurements did a fantastic job. The installers were great too. They did a fabulous job during installation. Very happy with our floors. The unanswered phone calls and emails to the office are what cost you a star. Otherwise I recommend this company for your flooring needs.
