When dealing with Pinnacle Lawn & Landscape, I would say they are second to none. Anytime I have something that needs attention (which is rare), I reach out to the owner or one of the site foreman. Usually within the next day or two, issue addressed and resolved. The entire crew is always polite and professional. I have no concerns and would highly recommend them for any commercial landscaping needs.
Horrible company-had to go after their insurance company )which is auto owners ) because of the neglect to my property. Even the broker mentioned she has problems with Toby!
We were using this company but their service kept deteriorating. I called at least 4 times to discuss and get a new contact going. I never got to discuss because no one would call me back so we went with a new Service. I sent notice to Pinnacle on the 5 th of the month. They immediately turned in their invoice to our accounting firm and got paid but never cut any more for the rest of the month DON'T USE THEM !!!
