“Edited to add: Still aggravated that the company is now outsourcing their customer service, which is what apparently started this issue, and I don't get to talk to the super nice people in Port Charlotte. However, a manager called almost immediately to talk to me. He was very nice and worked with me. I might leave 5 stars for my actual technician because we love him but we are looking at buying a new house and transferring our service over. They did a "free" termite inspection but then charged me $25 for a copy of the termite report. When we have been a customer for 10 years! When we do move, we will be finding a new pest control company“
