Unfortunately, I had a very complicated issue with Eclipse on this computer (audio issues, machine would stop translating, etc.), but Tom was ALWAYS available to help me and didn't stop until the problem was solved. He made me feel like I was his only customer, even though I know that is far from the truth. He understands court reporters and that our computers are everything to us.
