I have been a Dental Hygienist for 47 years and I absolutely love my career and being able to help patients have the highest level of overall health. This is the most awesome office that I have worked for in decades. Dr. Michelle was my grandchildren's dentist and they just love coming to this office. At this point in my career I will only work for a dentist that treats people as if they are family and truly care about each one of them. I drive from Sarasota to be able to work in this type of positive environment and quality of care. The nicest and most competent dental practice in the country. My 65 years of experience across this country living in12 states and Europe frames this statement. The long wait times for appointments is the only negative and shows I am not the only person who believes in nice and competence. edit after "Response from the Owner" This is just the facts, Jack.
My tech Pam, was brand new to the office. She was terrific, although I prefer the water pressure treatment for cleaning vs the scraping technique.
I am also a bit frustrated at the turnover of techs. Pam is my third tech in just a few years.
