I have used First Charlotte A/C for at least 10 years. They never disappoint. From Taylor and Darlene quickly scheduling my appointments to Joe, Abe, Chase, Daniel, James and Jed doing incredible, timely and reasonably priced work, I will never use anyone else.
Chase was professional, answered all questions and gave input on type of filters to buy. Chase was outstanding. So happy with the service First Charlotte provided. Top notch business.
Finally found a professional HVAC company to service our two systems. We'd heard great things about 1st Charlotte, and now we're glad to be a customer. Our first service was with Chase, he was very professional, and as he can tell you, it had not been serviced correctly for some time. Today Abe was out for our regular 6 month service, was professional and very thorough. Glad to be a customer.
