Our town of Punta Gorda Fl was severely affected by flooding recently. The majority of home in our historic home district were flooded with 2-3 feet of water our businesses were affected about the same. Birch’s air conditioning was very busy helping many’s folks with submerged ac units. Our air conditioner became inop and I called Kevin, the owner, hoping he could help us with our unit. The service people came and gave us a complete review of our problems and then options for short term and long term resolutions. They covered a lot more details than anticipated and discussed each in a way that informed as opposed to telling us what was best. They know their business and how to communicate effectively, and we had no doubt about what to choose for our particular circumstances. Felt like talking with family!

The entire team is very responsive, professional, competent and friendly. When my power returned after the hurricane I discovered my AC unit failed. Kevin returned my call within minutes, assessed the system that Saturday and provided a competitive quote for a new system. He had his team (Xavier and Brian are awesome) provide a temporary repair the next day. Excited to get the new unit installed and continue the relationship.
