Our town of Punta Gorda Fl was severely affected by flooding recently. The majority of home in our historic home district were flooded with 2-3 feet of water our businesses were affected about the same. Birch’s air conditioning was very busy helping many’s folks with submerged ac units. Our air conditioner became inop and I called Kevin, the owner, hoping he could help us with our unit. We are not in the flooded area and certainly did not expect the positive response we received We are new customers, recommended by several of his current customers and didn’t feel they would even be able to call us back. Kevin answered the phone himself, took our information and said he would stop by the same day. Wow! He and one of his technicians showed up late this afternoon and gave us an estimate and said they may be able to put a new unit in this weekend!!
