The technician was courteous and professional and found the leak source right away (in the skimmer) and repaired it quickly with special epoxy. The price was higher than expected but I imagine it was worth it. I checked my pool this morning and the leak does appear to be fixed.
The company respond in a timely fashion. They were very professional and explained what they were doing. They found where the leak was and gave me options of what I can do. I would highly recommend them to anyone that has a water leaking problem.

They originally had me scehduled a week out, but managed to get someone out same day when someone nearby canceled.
The phone rep and communication were clear and friendly.
They couldn't identify the small underground leak on their first visit, but Travis quickly identified that the cities shutoff at the street was interfering with his test, and left with enough time remaining to avoid charging for a return trip. After the city came out to repair their valve and meter, Travis from American came back and found the leak without any upcharge.
