We wanted to express our great experience with Kurt Havel realtor with Allison and James Estate & Homes. Kurt sold our home in three months. He took care of the mowing and cutting of the shrubs the whole time it was on the market. He kept us in the loop on all that was happening with our home sale. Kurt also took care of the purchase of our new condo in Bella Via. Kurt went the extra two miles and let us store our belongings in his garage while we transitioned to our new condo. An another extra kindness, he rented a u-haul truck and moved our belongings into our home. What a blessing from God Kurt was.
