They were very professional, nice, & worked efficiently until the very end, even when having issues with the water pressure. When I realized that there was no hot water the next day, the owner Marco called me right away & send Nelson back as soon as he could. Nelson figured out that the new faucet will shoot out the hot water when one pulls the handle down & not up as my old faucet did! Silly me!
