My mother has had help through Value Care for about two years. She has Parkinson’s, and needs help day and night. Then COVID happened, and there were months when I couldn’t even visit her. The aides were my mother’s lifeline, keeping her safe, making sure she didn’t fall. My mother is here today because of Value Care- I can’t thank them enough!

I want to thank the team at thank Value Care for helping my mother (and me). I was referred to you by a social worker at the hospital. From the very beginning everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful, and found a great aide for my mother. This is exactly what she needed, and I deeply appreciate Value Care for your help.

Granted we went through ups and downs trying to find the best care for my father and Valerie Care seemed to be a good option. I went through many caregivers as most were simply not trained in cleaning their patient, yelling at patients,, simply played on their phones vs giving aide to my father, to basic healthcare needs, ie cleaning him up after going to the bathroom. One agent Carol refused to cook for him stating it took to much time away from him.Basically if Liam Sullivan tries to sell you on Value Care, find another organization.After going through taxes, I discovered his company was charging $600.00/month more than Liam stated.I am contemplating filing with Health... read full review
