I’m a pilot and on the road a lot. It seems like nothing ever happens til I leave for a trip. This past week was no exception. I was out of the country when my wife texted me on Saturday saying that our AC had finally kicked the bucket. We had already spoken with Daniel at Tracy Steele AC and had a scheduled replacement in about 2 weeks. I contacted Daniel and told him that the AC had quit and asked if he could keep us in mind if there was a cancelation any sooner. Even tho it was Saturday he went to the house to see if he could find a temporary fix. Long story short, he agreed that the AC was dead and said that his guys would be there the next day, Sunday, to install the new unit. The new AC is much quieter and efficient. We can’t thank Daniel and the team at Tracy Steele enough for all their help. I can’t recommend them highly enough!!
