I visited this store on November 7, 2023, and I was appalled by the lack of customer service and professionalism. The employee who assisted me was rude, and dismissive. He made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I have never been treated so poorly in any store before. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the store and the brand. I will not be returning to this store and I will advise my friends and family to avoid it as well. Friendly family owned business. Prices are reasonable compared to surrounding dry cleaners. They don't dry clean clothes here, they send them to a plant so it can take few days to get the clothes back. They are quick and efficient though. Happy with the service.

This place is a joke I brought a very expensive Jersey here and they gave me the run around for 3 weeks and when I picked up my Jersey I saw exactly why they completely destroyed it there was glue and stains all over the patches were coming off and they still charged me and made up some excuses. Never go here
