Mike was very knowledgeable, nice, and patient while explaining the inner workings of an elevator. He is very courteous and can obviously figure out whatever problems are happening with elevators. I highly recommend him for his professionalism, but also his integrity as you know he is going to go above and beyond to make sure the job is completed to the customer’s satisfaction.

I have a 94 year old mother Michael & Michael installed a chair lift for. Knowledgeable & patient with her explaining about their product & how it would work for her. Took only a few hours to install. Taking away all their garbage with them, & vacuuming up after they were completed! A few days later she had a squeak in the lift & they came back right away with no charge to fix it! Very happy with the result & would highly recommend them!!!!!
