An old GFI went out in our kitchen during the start of the Labor Day weekend. Brad, one of the owners spent over 40 minutes on the phone with me, trying to rectify the problem. We were not successful in this endeavor. Brad told me to wait until Tuesday, in order for me to avoid the emergency service pricing. My wife and I waited and received the $197 pricing, which included the installation of a new GFI receptacle. Bobby, the technician, explained to me why each step of the recovery was undertaken. Bobby was very cordial and very knowledgeable. My wife and I completely recommend Stott Brothers Electric for any electrical need.
I have used Stott Brothers on two occasions. They were on time, professional and clean. Both projects were completed as discussed and I am very happy with their work. I would highly recommend Stott Brothers for your electrical needs. They were also able to add a cable line for me that was not initially scheduled. Excellent service and response time.
