I showed up to an appointment booked with Elizabeth, and she was not at the location. I called the number that I reached her on days before and didn't get an answer. Also, no follow up either. So, I would not trust this listing.
Literally made me wait 30min after the appointment time because no one was there. Called multiple times, no answer. When she did arrive, I had to wait for her to do a customer who didn't have an appointment even though I was booked first. I spent over 8hrs there with her only half way done. Bad service!
Got my hair braided and it turned out wonderful, the salon is clean and we'll manage. When I first stepped into the salon if felt like a place of connection not just a place to get your hair done. Would recommend getting your hair done here. And if ever get hungry j*** city is right beside it.
