An absolute disappointment of a distribution company. I personally installed two of their products. Could not complete a permit as they did not have the required manufacturer labeling for their own product. 9 months and a renewed permit later we finally had the appropriate labeling. One of the two products has had two failed heater kits and a leaking evaporator coil. What's their response? Pay cash for the parts, go replace them, and bring it back to get credit for the parts.
