I was very confused when I got the first time to Maronda Homes offices I appreciate so much Jenny Turney she helped me from the first moment I can’t thank her enough all that she did for my family, I will never forget that.
I just started a new construction with Maronda homes. So far the realtor Jennifer has been great and throughout with the selections. She is always promptly on her responses when i have questions. Once the home gets completed i will come back and write another review of the whole process. So far it has been great. Only downside is the permits that takes from 4-6 months but according to Jennifer the house can get build in less than 4 months average.
