“Don Monarch from Elite was excellent! I was having a new Security System installed in my brand new home (finished in 5/2023) several weeks ago and the first hole the alarm company installation tech drilled into my garage ceiling hit my main power feed cable to my circuit breaker box, arced to several other wires (including my 220V dryer line) & blew out the power supply lines. This happened at 7pm on a Weds evening and I needed it fixed ASAP as I work from home and had also just stocked my fridge & freezer. I called it in as an Emergency at 10pm and Don arrived ASAP at 11am on Thursday morning to assess it. He checked it out, gave my an overview and full estimate for the work and then once approved, he completed the job in about 5 hours. He did an excellent job of repairing the damage by installing & mounting two junction boxes. Don's work was top notch and he is very communicative, personable & professional, as was Elite in general. Once repaired, my alarm system was fully installed a couple days later and the alarm company reimbursed me for the cost of the repairs.“
