We absolutely LOVE PGA Verano!! It is our favorite community. The homes are beautiful and the quality is exceptional. Please make sure you have your realtor with you on your FIRST visit. Our realtor told us about the community, but we thought it would be too far for us. We did not take our realtor with us on our first visit (because we weren't seriously considering it), and so now we feel that we cannot sign with them because our realtor would not get credit (especially since he is the one who tried to sell it to us initially). Beautiful community, many different incredibly beautiful models! Base price at least $100,000 less than in Fort Lauderdale. However, from the other reviews, it seems upgrades and lot prices are about the same. The only drawback is that is quite secluded from shopping areas and other basic necessities. There is a Publix and a 7-11 but that’s it for the nearby area. The community is pretty, but the availability of lots are restricted. Not many children are seen in the community. The HOA is quite expensive for the lack of what I get where I live now. My other concern is how Coulter controls the HOA when they are only the builder with as many houses that are present, the HOA should be run by a board. What is told to future residence is the assessment fee that will be put on them to pay Moving to a new home should not be difficult, nor should there be any kind of hidden charges
