This company is having major issues returning calls and getting technicians out when your a/c stops working. I’ve used them multiple times on new hvac units but will be going to another company after this. If you don’t believe me call their number and push one for service.
A little word of advice.... if you're going to ride somebody's bumper and then honk at them you might want to avoid doing it in your wrapped company vehicle. Not a good look... Have a little more respect when you're driving through a residential neighborhood.
Unfortunately we had issues with our 1 1/2 year old A/C unit that had a leak in the coil. However, one stop came out diagnosed the issue and replaced the parts. Luckily the parts were under manufacture warranty. Brian did a excellent job from start to finish. The house is a lot colder than it ever has been and cooled down very quickly. So far so good but overall satisfied! Highly recommend this company!
