Entered the store and got service immediately! The lamps and fans and other items were of fine first class. I didn't have to spend a fortune and was able to purchase for the kitchen modern hanging over the counter matching lamps. Then chose a hanging dining room lamp. All within the hour. They gave me a name of an electrician and I eventually plan to go back to get yard lights. Whew! Love shopping on a rainy day

Since my review below LBU manager Keith contacted me and has fixed the problem stated below. I greatly appreciate him following through. The new fixture looks good. Hopefully, it stays levelRecently I purchased 8 fixtures from LBU. Dave Lockwood was my salesman. Hired one of the electricians they recommended to hang them. After 3 weeks the dinning room fixture started to sag . The rope used was not holding. Called electrician back . Said there was a problem with fixture. He called Dave and said they would replace it. Then radio silence. Don’t respond to text or voicemail. I have sent them neighbors yet still no reply. I will stop sending them clients and they can forget...read full review

Very knowledgeable staff. Always educating me on new products and information concerning the lighting needs of my customers. Highly recommend the Port St Lucie store. The staff is amazing.
