What an amazing company, I had an issue with some windows and a slider, and this company came to the rescue, quick and efficient and customer service was top notch, very professional.

My mothers sliding glass door was sticking, she called to see about the warranty from when the house was build and they gave her an answer same day. They were there the next to repair it! No hassle, no hoops to jump through, just wonderful customer service. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Best possible experience with a windows and doors company. I am building a new house. On my old home I just sold, I installed new windows through another company. When I went back to them, they tried to charge me 20k more thank JBR did. JBR staff, in particular Suzie, have been nothing short of amazing. The are incredibly patient, they walk you through things you didn't even think of and they are fast, efficient and fairly priced. No matter how many times you call to make a change to your order, they act like it's no bother and they are happy to help. I cannot recommend them enough.
