“I have a maintenance schedule with Tracy Steele Air Conditioning, Inc. Twice per year they come out and service my AC set up. My AC shut down this Labor Day before my next scheduled service was due. I called them and left a message knowing it wouldn't be until the next day before they could come out being it was a major holiday. Who would expect them to come out on LABOR DAY of all days? Well, not 15 minutes after I left the message I received a call from a tech who said he could be there in 10 minutes. He showed up that fast and discovered my drain line was clogged. He serviced it and fixed the issue. My air was back up and running. I was not charged a dime for this incredible customer service! ON LABOR DAY. I'm just not used to this level of service these days. Do yourself and your AC a huge favor and hire Tracy Steele Air!“
