They were so responsive and communicative with emailing back and forth. I had accidentally placed a double order by accident and they were so quick to reverse it without any hassle. I even emailed them on the day to see if they could deliver 3 hours early than originally requested before my girlfriend was going out for the day, and they got the arrangement delivered within an hour of me sending the email request.
