Lisha is phenomenal. She is so welcoming and friendly as well as professional. A Brazilian wax is a very intimate service and she goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable as well as never missing a hair! I highly recommend her and as almost embarrassed I never thought to write a review sooner because I’ve been going to her for a year now. Hands down, she’s the best!

I’ve been getting waxed for over 10 years by the same person but recently moved temporarily to PSL and was overdue for a Brazilian wax. I was nervous to go to someone else but based on the reviews I ended up booking with Courtney. She was nice, knowledgeable, quick and did a great job. She did not disappoint and I highly recommend her. Also, the facility is nice and clean.

However, the front desk staff have been reported as rude and dismissive, impacting the overall experience. The ambiance and expertise of the specialists create a positive impression, but the unsatisfactory interactions with the front desk staff detract from the overall quality of the visit. Improvements in customer service training and fostering a more hospitable environment are essential to address this issue and ensure a consistently positive experience for all clients.
