James did an excellent job! He was prompt, informative and followed up when he said he would. I would highly recommend asking for James if you need AC service from Elite. He did not once pressure me to purchase anything and was respectful in my home, he even took the time to clean up with a vacuum to ensure there was nothing left behind. Great job, James!
Elite provided excellent service. They communicated their arrival times, showed up on time and did a great job. They went above and beyond by fixing a 'few other things' that needed to be fixed. The techs were professional and respectful. would highly recommend this company.
Wesley and his partner came out and went above and beyond to clear a blocked main line. They also helped me understand the odd plumbing situation left by the previous owners. Thanks for the great work and advice moving forward.
