E-V Nails

First off, I am a middle age male that grew up with out nail care, but the last few years i have been getting a pedicure from EV Nails and am very happy to have been going. Usually Lisa is my foot specialist. She is great! I highly recommend any man or woman that wants clean cut toes to go there. Little secret, sometimes I get my hands done too.

My daughter asked for the coffin shaped nails and the lady told her she doesn't know what that is. So we googled an image for her and showed her. Then she proceeded to say her nails were too small. My daughter is 16; same size nails as mine. She ended up cutting them and filling them to be coffin shaped. However, after she had an attitude and threw her nail file on her work station we almost walked out. Very unprofessional and very poor communication. She treated us like we were an inconvenience. We are paying customers. We were not rude to her. Treat people the way you want to be treated. My daughter and I will not be returning customers.

Came in today to get my healthy nails taken off as they were all starting to lift (my pinky nail worse than the others) it was throbbing in pain and they took care of me and were very careful with that nail and made sure not to make it hurt more than it already did thank you so much!!
