Most prompt professional hardworking experience I ever had and extremely reasonable and made themselves available over the weekend if any issues arose! Had another company ars come prior wanted to charge me 5 times as much then offered 50% off still a ripoff!
We were new to the area and thankful to have Cuesta’s referred to us. Dennis came out and went over our system thoroughly! He made recommendations and adjustments that solved all of our humidity problems. He did a fantastic job explaining everything clearly and I really appreciated that time spent. We have continued with their maintenance plan and have had such piece of mind that our system is being well taken care of which is important here in Florida.
5 stars if i could give 10 i would...7/13 i had an issue with my AC..it was outside business hours and not only was a tech sent out but i was honored for the technician to be Mr. Cuesta himself. this man went beyond above and beyond and fixed the issue himself. Great company great techs and i truly feel apart of the Cuesta Family and they have gained a life long customer. Mr Cuesta is a great man and i was humbled by his kindness.
